The Presidential Manager is a position invented at the beginning of 2007 and imposed by the Republic of Colombia's "imperialist" Government of which we are still a "colony."

The real motives behind the creation of said "Presidential Management," are nothing more than a confirmation of the despotic dominion that Colombia has over us, as well as to have a fast and easy way to interfere in our Governmental field.

In this manner, the Presidential Manager becomes and represents a spy of the Colombian hegemony in our life.

We hope that this "colonialist" imposition turns out to be favorable for the people and the Chocoan future.
